We will only ask you to complete the form once you have either purchased one of our healing services, or have paid a deposit to confirm an appointment to visit one of our healing therapists.

3.6. You have the right to not provide the information via the online form, but you will be asked to complete a form for when you visit our therapy center for the first time.
3.7. Please be advised that we do not reveal information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers.
3.8 In accordance with the articles of GDPR, we only process your information at your request. If you want us to destroy your data, then please let us know and we will remove and destroy the data in accordance with the GDPR.
4. Storing your personal data
4.1. We do not transfer data that we collect from you to locations outside the UK for processing and storing. It will be processed by Reeya Avani, and it will not be sent offshore for processing via a third party. For payments collected via the gateway, we rely on our payment provider who will process the payment and the meta data associated with the payment, and only the payment. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this method of storing or processing. We will take all reasonable steps to make sure that your data is treated securely and in agreement with this privacy policy.
4.2. Data that is provided to us is stored on our secure servers. Details relating to any transactions entered via our website will be encrypted to ensure its safety, and payment information is collected and stored by our 3rd party payment transaction provider.
4.3. The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically and the transmission of such data is entirely at your own risk. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password so that you can access certain areas of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.

For my clients in the public domain, our customary practice is to sign NDA / confidentiality agreement which provides further protection. It is also customary practice for us to use a mask name adding another layer of protection.

It is stored for a very short period of time before we remove it and process it into our systems. We use SSL technology to provide a secure area of our website where we ask you to complete the client information form. The information collected is then transferred to our internal systems, and removed from the website. It is vitally important to us that we maintain your privacy at all costs.

If you browse this website, or you use Reeya Avani’s services, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Reeya Avani’s relationship with you in and also relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website and contact us for the conditions of sale.
The term ‘Reeya Avani’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website and the business Reeya Avani. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website and you as a customer of the business.
- This website uses cookies to monitor browsing preferences.
- The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
- The individual / single healing session / service we provide is non-refundable and non- transferable as are the crystals that are purchased as part of the healing. healing packages are non-refundable but are transferable. The purchase of crystals are entirely optional, and there is no obligation for you to buy.
- We have a 24hr notice period should you wish to reschedule your healing appointment. If you fail to notify us with at least 24 hours and do not attend a pre-booked healing session which has been paid for in advance or is part of a healing / multi-buy, or wellness programme or package, then you will forfeit that session; and it will be deducted from your healing session count. The same applies to notice given on the day, or at any time inside of 24hrs of your appointment. The cancellation fee is 100%.
- Multi-buy, 5 for the price of 1, and the wellness programe is non-refundable. These can be transfered to another individual specified by the customer should customer not wish to participate or receive the remaining healing sessions they have left from their bulk purchase.
- If you notify us earlier or before the 24hrs before your appointment then there is no charge to reschedule your appointment and you will not forefit any of your prepaid sessions.
- The special offer package prices or multi-buy offers require full payment at the first session.
- The healing therapy typically lasts between 1 hour with the remaining time allowed for the consultation, review and feedback and for any questions and answers you may have. The appointment time is anywhere between 1 hour 30 minutes up to 2 hours, but I recommend you allow the full 2 hours when coming for your appointment.
- Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
